๐Ÿ“‹ Carrier Information

Welcome to the Go Logistic Carrier Network

Before we begin working together, please review the terms below and complete the form at the bottom to confirm your agreement. This document outlines our shared responsibilities and ensures a smooth, transparent partnership.

1. Parties and Scope

This Agreement is entered into between Go Logistic Group LLC (“Dispatcher”) and the undersigned______________________________ (“Carrier”).

Dispatcher agrees to provide freight tendering and administrative services, including:

  • Load searching
  • Rate negotiation
  • Document management

2. Dispatcher Responsibilities

ResponsibilityDescription
Load VettingDispatcher will verify broker creditworthiness before booking.
NegotiationDispatcher will strive to secure the highest possible Rate per Mile (RPM) based on current market conditions.
DocumentationDispatcher will handle all “Carrier Packets,” Rate Confirmations, and necessary setup paperwork.
CommunicationDispatcher will act as the primary point of contact between the Carrier and the Broker/Shipper until the load is picked up.

3. Carrier Responsibilities

ResponsibilityDescription
AuthorityCarrier must maintain active Motor Carrier (MC) and Department of Transportation (DOT) authority.
InsuranceCarrier must maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 in Auto Liability and $100,000 in Cargo Insurance (or as required by specific brokers).
Status UpdatesCarrier agrees to provide timely updates regarding ETAs, arrivals, and departures to ensure smooth dispatching.

4. Compensation and Payment

Standard
4% per load
Professional
6% per load
Flat-Fee
$250 per week, per truck

Invoicing: Dispatcher will invoice the Carrier Weekly or Per Load. Payments are due within 24โ€“48 hours of receipt of the invoice.

Direct Payment: All freight charges from the Broker/Shipper shall be paid directly to the Carrier or their Factoring Company. Dispatcher never handles the primary freight payment.

5. Term and Termination

  • At-Will Agreement: This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
  • Notice: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 24 hours written notice via email or text.
  • Outstanding Dues: Termination does not absolve the Carrier of the obligation to pay for loads already booked or in transit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dispatcher is not responsible for:

  • Cargo damage, accidents, or driver conduct.
  • Loss of income resulting from equipment failure, cancelled loads by brokers, or market fluctuations.
